        Your Questions,
        Answered with Care

We know that choosing the right environment for your child is a big decision. Here are the answers to the questions most often asked by our families.

        • What Does Childcare at Nurture Early Learning Cost?

We offer a simple, all-inclusive daily fee, providing clarity and consistency for families. This includes all incursions and our specialist arts program as part of your child’s experience, plus all meals, nappies and wipes.

Most families significantly reduce their out-of-pocket costs through the Child Care Subsidy. We encourage you to book a tour where our team can walk you through pricing and your likely CCS entitlement.

        • Do I receive a subsidy?

Nurture Early Learning centres have been approved for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS).

Visit the Services Australia website for more information about the Child Care subsidy, or to start a claim. You can also find a handy childcare subsidy calculator on the Starting Blocks website.

        • How do I enrol?

Begin by joining ‘My Waitlist’ by clicking the link below. Our centre manager will contact you to arrange a convenient time to talk and arrange a tour of our centre where you can experience the environment and get to know our educators. Our centre managers will then work with you to arrange a tour and finalise your enrolment.

        • What qualifications do educators hold at Nurture Early Learning?

All Nurture Early Learning Educators have formal qualifications in the field of early education, with at least 50% of educators hold a diploma or are bachelor degree. In addition, our educators are mentored and guided by an Educational Leader to implement our education programs. All educators participate in ongoing professional development aligned with the National Quality Framework.

        • What age groups does Nurture Early Learning cater to?

Nurture Early Learning provides long day care services for 6 week old babies to school aged children, except for our specialist Montessori centre in Victoria Park that provides dedicated montessori learning from 14 months to school age.

        • When are you open?

All Nurture Centres are open from Monday to Friday. Our centres are open during school holidays, but are closed on Public Holidays.

          Opening times for centres are:

Nurture Montessori at Victoria Park – 7:00 am – 6:00 pm

        • Does Nurture Early Learning have an education program?

Our program is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, Australia’s national curriculum for early childhood education.

The EYLF supports the holistic development of every child — socially, emotionally, physically, cognitively and creatively — through play-based and inquiry-driven learning.

Our practice is grounded in strong relationships, high expectations, inclusion, respect for diversity and sustainability. We focus on the following key aspects:

          STEAM Inquiry

Children explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics through hands-on, play-based experiences.

          School Readiness

School readiness is embedded across our entire program, beginning in infancy and developing progressively each year. Children build confidence, independence and essential skills to ensure a smooth and positive transition to school.

          Creative Arts & Dance

Guided by the Reggio concept of the “hundred languages,” children express themselves through art, movement, music and dance.
